Chapter 5 -
It’s already 8 o’clock. Time flies quickly, huh.
I looked at the window, saw Andrea and Sami were there. I was shocked of how they climed from the other houses to mine.
- “Are we ready to rock?” says Sami.
I gave a thumbs up. We then took all of our stuff and head to the entrance of the hiking station, but when we were taking all of our stuff and ready to head in the taxi, we saw Viper. He got a backpack with him, a huge one. He asked us if we could engage. We accepted, then we head to the hiking station.
Firstly, the entrance. It has a sign greeting us:
“Welcome to Mountaice! If you’re planning on climbing this, be careful! Avalanches and slippery walkways may be dangerous when you’re climbing if it occurs or appear.”
We were terrified. Avalanches? A natural disaster. But we still wanna climb up.
Half way there, there was a flat land with a couple of rocks. We were exhausted, so we sat down and drank something cool. Then, Andrea got slipped down because the rock that she sat on was not a rock, it’s ice. I catched Andrea with my hands but couldn’t hold longer. Sami and Viper saw, they came and helped us. It was scary.
Then, we continue to climb up. When we were climbing up, the mountain was shaking, it must be an avalanche! Ice rocks and snow were falling down, we were extremely terrified. When the disaster was gonna hit us, a guy teleported to us, and then brang us to him. We ended up in a cave on the mountain.
When we looked down, we realised we’re at the top of the mountain. Then we turned our hack, a guy shows up with Anmo:
- “Hello, it is me, Spike.” the guy talks.
We didn’t know who he was, but he introduced us about him for a little bit, and saying he’s the only one in the world to have teleportation powers!
- “So this is where the heroes gather around, right?” says I.
- “No. Wrong. This is where Anmo lives and I was visiting him.”
- “Oh, okay.”
Then, we told Anmo about the story last night. He was stoked.
- “Trouble is coming.” Anmo talking mysteriously.
We don’t know what’s coming next, but Anmo holds the future.
