Broken lens is broken

So I was trying to catch a hacker which I have no proof of yet and then all of the sudden I get sent to the broken lens hub with Santa, I thought I was in a party but no then the server restarts and then it spawns me in quack craft when I normally spawn in tsw and everyone was on it and then the server restarts again, I try to join and this pops up..
