I'm preettty sure I overslept.
Oh well...
But the weirdest thing happened when I woke up. Suddenly, I was seeing through Magic's point of view.
I knew what Team SkyWars was suddenly. I knew who Lucky was. I knew where they were. I knew that the Choosing was about to happen. I knew.
Everyone was gone except Arya, who smiled, evidently unaware. "Must've had a rough day huh..."
"Yep," I said, “Smashed around in the Portal for who knows who long. Good thing there are no walls in there."
"Oh..." She gave me a sympathetic look, "Well, let's go outside! The others are waiting."
My head was spinning. What did this mean? I shrugged off the thought and followed Arya outside. We reached a place in the house where a bunch of players were gathered.
Strel looked excited, Queenie looked slightly embarrassed, Cap was smiling, and Fheo was as emotionless as ever.
"Hai there," I said and gave my best impression of a "everything's fiiiiiine" smile.
"Oh, hey Kiwi!" Cap said, grinning.
"Um.. Strel you okay?" I asked, before anyone could ask me what was wrong. She had begun to jump up and down excitedly.
"They're starting the Choosing! OOH I hope it's meeee!" Strel squealed, "THEN I CAN FINALLY SHOW THOSE EVIL PLAYERS WHAT I'M MADE OF."
"Shh..." Queenie said, "You're this loud every single time and it probably doesn’t help 'cause you haven’t been chosen in forever."
Strel reluctantly shut up, and a hush spread over the crowd. Soon, everyone's aura's faded, and it wasn't until my Emerald aura faded that Strel and Cap gave me that "WAIT YOU HAD AN EMERALD AURA" kind of look. I nodded then gave them a "Shut up and pay attention" type of look.
Then, one by certain people started magically floating. Like WHAT THE HECK HOW DOES THAT EVEN WORK. Four random people I didn't know started floating, when suddenly Strel started floating.
A couple of the Chosen players gave themselves worried looks and murmured nervously, but then I started floating as well, so...
Strel gave me a confident smile and a wink, but I was basically freaking out. WHAT WAS I GOING TO DO? Oh geez, I was probably going to die first second…. WHY MEEEE.
The last person, however, was Fheo. He looked kinda surprised, but then he smiled. It was kinda a weird smile, like the smile that reached into your soul and ATE it.
That guy kiiiinda creeped me out. Just a little.
"WOA TWO OF MY FRIENDS IN ONE!" Strel said, and at the same time Cap said, "Good luck!" aaaand at the same time Queenie whispered, "Don't die."
Wait, FRIEND? But we barely know each other... I felt like my stomach had a billion butterflies in it, then suddenly the whole world turned around and inside out and I was standing on a small island with a chest. My island was in a circle with a bunch of other islands, and they were all surrounding this big island in the middle. Next to me was Strel and some random person.
I kinda knew what to do, which was surprising. Never in my existence (at least from what I know) had I ever been to SkyWars. I looked through the chest, and got the things I thought might be useful.
I looked to Strel, who was already building a bridge with some dirt blocks. But suddenly I saw a player sneaking behind her.
"Strel! Behind you!"
Strel already got it covered though. She spun around, hitting the player in the chest multiple times before he even drew his sword, then finished him off with a blow to his head. The player disappeared with a flash of red.
"Geez... I bet they went for me on purpose," she said, then ran across the bridge she made to my island. The player next to us was looking in a chest, and Fheo was in a tree above him. He made a "shh" sign by putting a finger to his lips, then got a red block and placed it right above the player.
"Niice," Strel said, "Fheo got TNT."
"What? What do you mean?" I asked.
"Oh, everyone automatically gets a different kit every day," Strel explained, "I got builder, which means I have more blocks than usual," She frowned, "What did you get?"
"No idea," I said, "All I got was a melon..."
Strel was about to reply when a big BOOM interrupted her. The island next to us exploded, and the person on it fell with a flash of red. Fheo peeked out from the tree, grinning.
"Come on!" He said, then jumped down and started building to the next island.
"Wait Strel!" I said, then remembering what she said before I asked, "Am I really your friend?"
"Of course!" Strel smiled, "I mean, first of all, you're nice. Second, you don't want to kill me. Third, YOU'RE GREAT!"
"Oh... thanks!" I smiled. I felt this weird glow-y type of feeling inside me, and suddenly I saw from Strel's perspective.
Hmm.. that girl is strange. She was thinking, Oh wait, Fheo’s already at that island! Nice, he’s gonna sneak-attack some more people. She grinned.
WHAT. This was weird, first Magic, then Strel? I shrugged off the thought and followed Fheo.
Then suddenly, the ground shook. The sky opened up, and I could see the barfed-up-glowyness of the Portal. The Portal?!
I stumbled, then yelled to Strel, "What’s happening?!" The roar of the Portal now filled the air.
"I don't know!" Strel yelled back. The sky looked cracked open, and the weird galaxy-colored goop of the Portal was falling down these cracks.
Drip.
Drip.
Drip.
Right onto a player’s head.
The player shrieked, his whole body flashing red. He stumbled back, then fell into the void.
Fheo paled. "That doesn’t usually happen in the Portal."
The ground shook again. More cracks appeared. The edge of our island was chipping away.
"C'mon!" Strel yelled, as she took out a blue-ish green-ish orb. "You should have one of these. Aim and throw at that island in the middle." She pointed to the big island.
"And no matter what, DO NOT miss."

Now, what Kiwi is experiencing is something realllyyyy magical called friend alerts. WOAAAHHHH! Yeah, I know it's FASCINATING!
Ok enough of that xD This chapter was kiiinda chunky so sowwy bout dat .3.
New characters will be introduced soooonnnn... BEAR WIF ME AGAIN PLEZ .3.
