“So. You’re the Legend.”
Saz had finally found the Legend that came before. Turns out she was just sitting on these steps this whole time.
The Legend was a girl with brown hair and brown eyes. She had black and red clothes and white shoes.
“Uh, yeah?” The girl said, her tone slightly raised, “I have a name you know.”
“Oh! We haven’t introduced ourselves yet!” Hermy said quickly. “I’m Hermy, and this is Lucky.” She smiled at the Legend.
The girl raised her eyebrows, then looked at me. I attempted a small smile.
She sighed, “Well, I’m Rainbow.”
There was an awkward silence. Before it became too long, Saz said, “Well Rainbow? C’mon and tell them some more!”
“Fine. I came from this game called ‘Bow Spleef.’ I also came with my friend Aus, but I have no idea where he is.”
Probably lost in the Portal, I thought, then said, “I’m a Legend too. From Team SkyWars. Also, have you guys heard the news?”
Saz winced, “Oops, I haven’t told her that yet...”
“Told me what?” Rainbow said, her eyes wide.
Hermy told her about SkyWars and Hide and Seek being destroyed. She was about to mention Kiwi’s magical “friend detecting” powers when she stopped short, staring at Rainbow’s aura.
I was confused for a second, but then it suddenly dawned on me. Rainbow had two auras.
And one was the light blue aura of a Diamond rank.

It would have been cool if I had fallen from the sky, landed right in the middle of the crowd on both feet and looked like a pro.
Obviously that didn’t happen.
More like I fell from the sky with my invisible arms flailing, my heart pumping, and landing at the edge of the crowd with a splat.
Luckily I didn’t take damage. But I bet those people weren’t expecting a cyan crayon landing in the middle of their little group conference! Ha!
Which brings me a question… where am I?
Oh yeah. One in the Chamber.
Hey, don’t blame me! It sounded so cool!
Turns out the people there weren’t cool. Literally.
The first thing I noticed was that everyone spun around and stared at me. The second thing was that a girl with a Legend aura stepped up and faced me. She looked like she came straight from a fire-- orange hair, red eyes, and red and orange clothes. Even some fire came out of her left arm.
Like I said. These people weren’t cool.
Then, everyone started whispering. Like all at once. People shot suspicious glances at me, talked about me in hushed tones, when suddenly the girl spoke up,
“Guys! C’mon, let the crayon explain!”
Seriously? “The crayon?!” Well, I guess it would be kinda hard to guess my gender just by looking at me.
“First of all, my name is Lauren, not ‘the crayon’,” I said, “And this is One in the Chamber, right?”
“Yeah,” said the girl, “Could you please explain HOW THE HECK YOU ARE HERE?”
“Okay, okay geez. I came from a game called TNT Run. I met this snowman guy with a pumpkin head, who turns out to have some magical transport system to transport anyone to a different game SAFELY. Oh, also it told me to gather all Legends and send them to this game called Murder Mystery, which seems kinda suspicious BUT WE CAN’T DO ANYTHING BECAUSE THE WHOLE WORLD IS BEING TORN APART BY A VIRUS. So yeah.”
Everyone stared at me again. I attempted to give a longer explanation with more detail, but I had barely started a full sentence when ANOTHER guy cut me off.
“And WHY should we trust you again?”
The crowd stepped aside as a boy with blue hair and blue eyes stepped up. He literally looked like the complete opposite of the fire girl-- wearing white and blue clothes with blue pants and pink shoes. Oh yeah, and he had a Legend aura.
“Phoe let the crayon explain-”
“I TOLD YOU I AM NOT ‘THE CRAYON’ I HAVE A NAME TOO YOU KNOW!”
“Okay okay okay-- Fine, I'll introduce ourselves so we can actually have a civilized conversation. I’m Angsk. Just call me Ang please. This guy filled with sunshine and rainbows is Phoe.”
Phoe gave a really unconvincing scowl. Yep. Totally filled with sunshine and rainbows.
I opened my mouth to try to explain for a third time, but this time I was interrupted by some random guy floating.
“Riiiiiight,” Ang said, “It’s the Choosing. Sorry, you’re gonna have to wait a bit.”
Oh. So they had Choosings here too? Well, we barely had Choosings in TNT Run because of the lack of players, but I sorta knew how it worked.
I was suddenly filled with a cold fear. What if I was chosen? I have ZERO idea on how this game works, and judging by how few players there were-- perhaps 30 ish-- this was probably a dangerous game.
Welp. Turns out I was right

“WOA!” Magic shouted, as the scenery around us faded from a big open area with clear skies into a deep, dark cave up ahead.
“Uh, Magic?” I said, “Maybe we shouldn’t go down there, I mean there could be all sorts of--”
Too late. Magic was already going down the deep dark depths. I sighed. Well, I couldn’t exactly just let her go there by herself.
And we went deeper, the air got kinda thick, and it became more difficult to breathe. There were weird crystals all around us, lighting our way.
“How--” I wheezed, “are you not… out of air?”
“I dunno!” Magic said happily, when a screech suddenly filled the air.
A strange black creature with wings flew out of the cave, hovering in front of Magic. It was really small, maybe just fitting in one block, and it was really furry too.
“WOA WHAT’S DAT?” Magic said, and ran after the furry thing.
“Wait up!” I called, running after her, then nearly bumping into her as she stopped short.
There was a player standing in front of us.

I know ish kinda confoozing rn, but liek i said bear with me xD
And yup in QuakeCraft its kinda like a mix of all the maps instead of a "fort"
Oh, and fyi that "furry black creature" is something called a bat. WOAH, I know right?"
