No I don't use Google Play likeat all and I bought it on a whim. I've always used visa cards or PayPal so using this I very new to me and out of my experience. XP

But I don't think it's a problem at all. Then this is my very first time downloading the app so I'm not familiar with that at all. XD. I always used the website to buy items.

its not a bug, on the brokenlens app u have to log into ur brlns acc, whenever u try to buy something from there it goes directly to the account that you have logged in. the reason why all the ranks are locked is because you already have a rank. unfortunately u cant buy someone else something from there unless they give u their pw and u sign in their acc- i hope they would change that but i think edw made it this way so that people that already had ranks wouldnt buy gold but yea- u cant do much about it tbh.
