What does it mean when you have a coupon? And the code.. where do u get one?

Coupons are just codes that discounts your items. Basically, a code which makes things a bit cheaper. I'm guessing BL doesn't actually have codes yet. But perhaps, the staff will do giveaways for codes since vertx might be able to whip something with his smart brain lol, I'm not very sure though.
