In my opinion the watcher is already doing a great job.
If you could see the "ban lists" on a specific website, you will see that the watcher does more than 60% of the bans on the whole server!
And you have to take into consideration that it just bans when it is 99.9% sure that the user is using cheats!
So it can be seen as a con- argument, but when you see it as a pro argument you can say that there is a 0.01% chance that someone gets false banned by the watcher and that is pretty good
