If you told him 4 times I think he should get banned by an global moderator as they can ban for more than 30 days @Ray_Palmer_Atom @ZikoGaming

In my opinion he should still get banned for 7 days, if someone asks a player to quit 100 times it would be the same. I'll give him a 7 day ban, but feel free to change it if you think it's necessary.

I like your opinion but I might just add on an extra day just because he was warned more than once.
