Let me remind you how to play BowSpleef...
When you spawn in the arena, you'll receive two items:
•Stack of arrows (Infinity Arrows)
Use these items to shoot the TNT under the other player's feet. When this happens, the player will fall through the hole and die to the void. Your goal of the game is to eliminate all other players and to be the last player standing.
Now that I reminded you how to play BowSpleef, I'll be telling you different strategies and helpful tips to guide you in the game. Here are 4 Strategies:
•Close-up & Really Close-up
•Trickster
•Runner
Strategy #1
Shooting from a distance. If you think you have great aim, then I suggest this strategy.
Keep a fair amount of distance between you and the opponent and shift. (Be very cautious for nearby players and holes while shifting)
Strategy #2 pt.1
Close-up. Aim not so great but a good juker? I suggest this strategy for you.
Get closer to the opponent and start aiming and shooting the TNT under their feet. Be sure to move quite a lot, since you would be an open target and you could get eliminatated unless you juke and dodge the player's shots.
Strategy #2 pt. 2
Really close-up. If you think you're really good at juking...
Try going onto the same block as the opponent and shoot down. While shooting down, jump to a different block. Jumping to a different block will prevent you from falling into the hole. Best to do this strategy when the opponent isn't paying attention to you.
Strategy #3
Trickster. This strategy is for people that have bad aim but good at parkour.
So like the last strategy, try to get closer to the player. Run in zigzags to dodge arrows from the player. Be cautious for nearby holes! After, either do Strategy #2 pt. 1 or 2, both works fine.
Strategy #4
Runner. (If you're good at TNT Run, this strategy can help) Be sure to be good at parkour and juking.
Run around the map until there's 3 players left. Then start eliminating players using the previous strategies.
So now that I gave you some Strategies to use, here are along 7 useful tips:
•Aim against Spammers
•Picking off Teamers
•High Sensitivity
•Don’t shift
•Observing Holes
•Going against a Trickster
Tip #1
Observe and look all around of you. Front, back, left, right. Be cautious for nearby players that can potentially snipe you down into the void.
If you're comfortable using high FOV, that could help to see more of the screen. (Wondering what FOV I use? I use 70.)
Tip #2
Stay away from spammers. If there is a Windows 10 player in your game that has good aim and spams their bow shots, don't get too close to them.
Having good aim is important to fight spammers. To do so, stay a distance away from the spammer and try to shoot accurate bow shots to eliminate the opponent.
Tip #3
See teaming opponents all around you?
At the beginning of the game, figure out who are the teamers and who they're teaming with. Try to eliminate the team before eliminating others. If not, at the end when there's only you and the team, it would be harder to eliminate the team.
(Make sure not to target too much)
Tip #4
Having high sensitivity is important. You must be on alert on all times and be ready to turn around if there’s an opponent from the back. Gradually turn your sensitivity higher in a span of 2-3 weeks. What I mean is, every 2-3 weeks turn your sensitivity higher by 5.
Make sure you're used to the current sensitivity each day/week before turning it up by 5.
Tip #5
Don't stop, don't shift. (Unless you’re using strategy #1)
Never stay in one spot and start shifting. Keep on running and moving to a spot where there’s more TNT. Shifting gives you a lower chance of survival, because you could become an easy target and get eliminated. Keep on running and not shifting is a better solution.
Tip #6
This tip is related to Tip #1. But instead of looking out for players, look out for holes.
Always keep in mind that a person in front of you can shoot a hole behind you, and you can walk backwards, not knowing there was a hole, and eliminate yourself. Keep on a look out and keep running to a different spot after every/every few shots. Be cautious and check around you for holes.
Tip #7
Is someone trying to use strategy #3 on you?
Well try to predict where the player is going to jump and land. While they're running, shoot at the blocks where you think the other player is going to land on. If things turn out well, your opponent will be eliminated. ~
