Bows are sooo glitchy

Well sometimes when i pull it back it starts to shake and won't shoot and other times i'll pull it back and shoot and it won't do anything and other times i'll shoot and the arrow will leave the bow skipping really bad and going super slow but the rest on the game is going fast (i play TSW Mainly) all the bugs happen about 60% of the time i try and shoot a bow and makes it less fun
