Bought emerald gamer tag and transfer ticket cant use

Hi I just spent money on a emerald tag and transfer ticket. Does it take a while to load to your account or do I have to activate something? I tried checking to see if the new username I want is available and it says I dont have a transfer ticket. I'm positive I punched in my exact username and i have logged off and logged on twice. Am I missing or doing something wrong?

You should send the order ID to an admin, it’ll look something like this: #12345 and be in the email Brlns sent you whenever you bought the item. Did you receive the emerald rank?

Hmmm.. maybe check again in a few hours, sometimes it takes longer to pop up, maybe your order hasn’t gone through yet / it’s still processing.

What did you use to buy it? Pay pal? Did you get any screenshots whenever you bought the items? Maybe check if it’s taken your money yet

Yes PayPal my mom let me borrow hers and if she finds out it ate her money and I got nothing shed kill me . I have screenshots of the order on PayPal saying what I bought

Don’t worry!! I unfortunately can’t help much since I’m not an admin, but ssunsett surely will be able to. You should just start a conversation with her and tell her what’s going on & send that screenshot, if you haven’t received an email by then maybe they can find your order.
