I Know It's Kinda A dumb Thing To report.. But how can it be fair if a Team Teamed to another Team?? Is That Considered Cheating??

Okay I know your probbably saying This is dumb.. But TSW I know its 3v3v3v3 But a Team Teamed to Another One Is totally Unfair it was 5v2 but the game end and they Won.. Should this Be considered Cheating?? I dont actually Know.. They are friends With each Other.. (BTW i do not know the other guy)
Should they be Banned or Get a Warning.. 5v2 Totally Unfair.. even though they accidentaly Killed Them.. they Still Teamed Up... (i dont know If this is cheating and it's alright if im wrong) They Might Do this Again though.. Cuz they are 5 Players..
