Okay here's you as an Epic
I decided your Epic name could be Neon, because... well for you I based your theme off your username.
You have light related powers -
- You can create illusions to fool others (photon manipulation, not mind illusions)
- You can create a ball of hovering light to illuminate a room, and you can make a light sourcestop producing light (kind of like the Delumimator in HP but you don't 'store' the light)
- You can make people temporarily blind with a touch (other Epics recover more quickly from it than regular people do)
- You can manipulate actual neon in the air to write or draw, but nothing huge.
Your weakness is... unknown. I couldn't think of something.
Your typical outfit or 'costume' is a black shirt and, instead of a cape as some Epics wear, you have a bright pink sweater that's longer in the back. Other than that it just includes bright colours. I know you said you don't actually like neon colours but I figured it just worked well for the theme. ^_^
Sorry this is pretty bad XD But I'm kinda proud of how the hair came out...

Thank you so much! This is really beautiful and the fact that you drew it makes it even better! Everything is perfect and tbh, I’m not even mad at the neon! It all goes together and that hair is PERFECT. I mean, I could ramble on and on but thank you so much! The fact that I can temporarily blind someone is somewhat ironic, considering I have really horrible eyesight. I love it! <3

Wouldn't her weakness be light, her illusions revolve around light, so unless her light is than the sun, she can't use her power unless it's dark

I usually change mah skin 24/7 sooooo just draw a girl with short red hair and black glasses xD don't really have a preference just that lol. But it's fine if ya don't draw meh, you already have a lot to draw xD
