Minecraft Blocks not dissappearing or appearing

In this vid i placed a couple blocks out from my bridge and it didnt appear visibly
but they did show up kind of if u hovered over them
I also broke a few blocks too and they didnt dissappear
I dont wanna get banned for looking like i was flying or using no clip because i am IOS.

That happened to me too, so I closed the game, reopened it, and everything was fine. It must be some sort of glitch.
