REASON REPORTING: Fly Hacks/Abusing low bandwidth to win (She Said it was low Bandwidth i'm reporting just to be sure)

Ok thanks i just wanted to be completely sure and safe so thats why i reported it's also a way that she can win BlockParty games tough by abusing the low bandwidth

Actually, it can't be abused. It happens when more people are using the Wi-Fi at the same time or there is misconfigured router, hardware failure, etc. on Wi-Fi.
