No they don’t. If you know the strategy, use it and you can win too. A challenge is fun and helps you get better at the game. You don’t have to win all the time

Hide & Seek: Memorize the best hiding spots or Run away from seekers
Survival Games: Get looted up then fight in death match
TNTRun: Go slow!

Every game requires a strategy and skill if you think about it, and having skill / strategy is certainly not a cheat

it's not unfair though!
think of it like this: you play a game and you're trying to get better, and you use a strategy that is not hacking by any means. anyone could do it!
