One week of murders and massacres have gone by.
Day 7
As people walked by, they noticed that police tape blocked Dorito’s room. Everyone was informed on what happened, and a new rule was issued that no one can visit anyone else. The Mayor extended the curfew to last 3 more days.
Everyone was already suspicious of Sphynx. They voted for them (rip gender (it doesn’t show Sphynx’s gender on their profile)) to be executed, and in the end, Sphynx accumulated the most votes. As punishment, everyone locked Sphynx in self-isolation in the room where Dorito died (the eye room) and let them go insane. Sphynx’s sphinx cat was adopted by Lyn.
Before Sphynx was put in the room, they said: “You’re making a mistake.”
“Too bad, the people have made their choice, so we have to punish you.”
“I know what you are. I’ve been watching you.”
“What?”
Before Sphynx could explain everything, the guards flung Sphynx into the room, shut and locked the door, then barricaded it.
Night 7
Locked away in her bedroom in fear, Cookie huddled underneath a blanket in the corner of the room. She shook in fear, and nothing but silence was heard. She whispered quietly to herself in an attempt to try and calm herself down. She could not fall asleep because of paranoia, and her heartbeat quickened.
Then, the window of her bedroom flew open. Cookie shuddered and gasped in fear. She saw a hand holding up the window along with the head of a black figure. The head smiled a creepy smile with its pearly white teeth. As soon as Cookie grabbed a book to throw at the hand, the hand let go of the window, and all that was there at the window were the stars in the night sky. The window closed.
Cookie then heard a knock at her apartment door. She remained huddled in the corner and looked at the general direction of where her apartment door was. Someone knocked again, and Cookie gave a small whimper. After a while, the sound of her door getting broken down echoed throughout her apartment, and she stuffed her face into a pillow. Footsteps approached, along with a scratching noise on the ground. The… thing in her apartment opened each of the doors in the apartment to find Cookie. With each approaching step and scratch, Cookie huddled even more. She started to whimper and cry in fear.
The bedroom doorknob slowly rotated clockwise, stopped, and the door gave a small creak as it slowly opened.
