The curfew was extended to 2 days.
Day 5
The top floor reeked of blood and dead bodies. No one was allowed up there except for the people cleaning up after the massacre.
The people who were in the massacre were put on trial, and in the end, Song was voted to be executed. He was sent into the execution room, and a scream was heard, then nothing more.
Everyone returned to their apartments. Only a maximum of 3 people could gather per room to ensure no more massacres would occur. Some smart people were paranoid and went solo in their rooms. However, some people invited a person or 2 over. Everyone always had an eye on everyone else.
Night 5
The lights in the city turned on, but no one was outside. Everyone looked out at the lit-up city and the few stars that shown, longing to go out and do their normal nightly activities. The smarter people with no one in their rooms got onto their phones and computers to stay occupied, and the people sharing rooms told horror stories to brighten the mood.

“Man, it’s dark in here, we should turn on the lights.”
A group of 2 people had built a little pillow and blanket fort and were telling each other scary stories in the dark.
“But it’ll ruin the mood”
“Good point”
The 2 went on telling their stories. After a few hours, they started to wrap up.
“Wait, there’s one more thing I’d like to do.”
“What is it?”
“Lie down with your eyes opened.”
The person laid down while staring at the ceiling. The person who gave the instructions turned away and prepared something. The person on the floor waited. After some time, the sitting person turned around with their hands behind their backs.
“You know about the murders, right?”
“Yeah… What are you tryna get at?”
The person sitting up revealed what was behind their backs. It was a flashlight, or so it seemed… They put it right at the person on the ground’s eyes and turned it on.
At first, it just seemed like they were putting a light in their eyes. Then,
“GAHHH! MY EYE! IT’S BURNING UP! IT FEELS LIKE IT’S ON FIRE! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! PLEASE STOP!”
The person didn’t take the flashlight(?) away. They only brought it closer to the eye.
“WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS?!?! ARE YOU TRYING TO MURDER ME?!!”
The person laying down struggled, but the person with the flashlight(?) was on top of them. They started to thrash around and managed to injure the person holding them down, but it wasn’t enough.
“AHHH! AAAHHH! AAHH! Ah! Ah…”
The person slowly fainted in shock. The person holding them down gave a small smile and held the fainted person’s eye open and made sure the pupil was exposed. They continued to shine the light on the eye until it basically burnt and shriveled up. They then did the same to the other eye. The person then tampered with the body some more. Afterward, they went out of the room and snuck back to their own apartment.
2:39 A.M., unknown timezone
Sphynx was walking by and talking with Venus as they passed an opened door into an apartment (Just to be clear, when I say “apartment”, I mean a living space in the apartment complex). They called over a guard and crept inside. They explored the place, and after a few minutes, the guard found a little pillow and blanket fort. He called Sphynx and Venus over and slowly walked over. The guard quickly ripped off the blanket covering the inside, and the guard froze. Sphynx and Venus slowly peaked out from behind the guard’s back.
In the pillow fort was Maegan, and their eyelids were stapled open, showing off a pair of shriveled and burnt eyeballs. Burn marks covered her corpse.
Sphynx gave out a small gasp, and Venus fainted into Sphynx’s arms.
