So in Quakecraft when I play I always have these effects and have slight speed. What does it mean?

Maybe your texture pack speed particle is black, you're supposed to get speed

I think that's the bubble effect of the swiftness potion in your texture pack.

Um...when you get applied an effect...it's black so no one can see the effect. What I mean is , that no one can see the effect , only you.

I don't have a texture pack and when I play Quake grey bubbles come out of me,it should be normal.

It gives you the potions even if you didn't have kill streak.

I think it's a modified colour of the speed potion particle
