Since 1.2.5 fixed capes etc am letting anyone now use this cape. go ahead and use it it's no longer just for staff. Another reason I am letting anyone have it now is to stop some people thinking they are special because they have it *cough cough* @LolItsMeShantel

Umm i stopped using it since Dec. 7 and i never thinked dat i was special when i use dat cape my friend just send me dat cape and i used it and i made a thread bout using da cape and no one answered me they said it was ok i ask ssunsett and she said ok. Sorry for using da cape... Ill just report hacker or etc. here in da forums sorry for irritating you hazard

You need a paint tool for example Paint.NET, GIMP, Clip Studio Paint Pro, Paint Shop Pro, Paint Tool SAI
