Maybe this has something on your MCPE...I checked all of them...as @ItsKylie said to our conversation is all on the new Minecraft update...it has

This is a common report I've been seeing, At the right of the menu you'll see a Button that shows some arrows expanding, some of the Items are toggled by other Blocks For example Glass Block, click on it and there will be the rest of the stained Glass Blocks

If you have not bought mcpe on google play you won't be able to play brokenlens

Hey BrokenLens,

The time has came and the update to 1.2 [The Better Together Update] is slowly reaching an app store near you. If you want to continue to play on our server you should NOT download the new update. If you download the update you will not be able to join BrokenLens until we have updated the server to 1.2.x

With this update you will require to have a licensed version of MCPE and an Xbox Live account in order to play on any Minecraft servers.

We at BrokenLens are sorry for the inconvenience caused and will hopefully update to 1.2.x in a few days or less.
