Yes if you use /switch.... they most likely keep the rule with your Xbox live only to play servers. @Shive2002410

So my account currently is Shive2002410. But I'm planning on using my xbox live account forever. So in update 1.3 can I use my Shive2002410 account forever and never worry about my xbox love account?

No u probably will need to keep your Xbox live. They don't usually remove things that they update in mcpe.

No? No one knows what's happening in 1.3 but I doubt they'll undo all their work to cross the platforms
