I do get it actually. I just disagree with you wholeheartedly. I know some highly intelligent people who don't know English. We can agree to disagree about having to know English to not be "dumb".

5 year old and hacks?! Are you kidding me? I am 17 and I don't know how to hack (I also don't want to). These hackers are probably older then that, maybe 7-10 year olds. These are the hackers who, tbh, are terrible at hacking. Now, if a hacker can bypass an ip ban, and yes brlns does ip ban, then clearly they're very smart for their age, or they're teenagers. Just think about what you did as a 5 year old. I am pretty sure that majority of 5 years old can't use a phone/computer properly, so hacking is just ridiculous. Um also, English doesn't define a person's intelligence. English is after all just a language. Hacking requires skill and knowledge, not English.
