assassination classroom.
it's beautifully written and it moves at the perfect pace so it keeps you interested throughout the whole 2 seasons.

I'd say its alright for an 11 year old because sure it has language but I know you've heard worse than what they say in the anime lol.

the ending is phenomenal and i miss the anime dearly.

It depends what genre you're aiming for, I'll give some that I think would be appropriate for you age^^

My all time favorite:
Violet Evergarden, the music, the animation, everything >>

Action/supernatural(Magic)/Adventurous anime:

Naruto, Naruto Shippuden, then if you want you can got to Boruto
Fate/Zero, Fate/Stay Night, Fate/Apocrypha, Fate/Extra, ( I feel like there's one more but not sure)
One Punch Man (I feel like it's also a comedy anime)
Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood (WATCH BROTHERHOOD FIRST, WAY BETTER)

K Project

SNK
Mahoutsukai no Yome

Movies:
ANY MOVIE FROM STUDIO GHIBLI
Kimi no na wa
Tenki no ko

If you want a different genre let me know, I'm just assuming you'll look for something adventurous instead of slice of life, or romance, etc.^^
