Being blocked to get on my account on my shop.

I got blocked for making to many tries to get into my account in my shop. I didn't know what an account was on this website until someone told me you had to make an account here. I thought I already made an account since I could already play on brokenlens. It said my IP address was blocked. I said try later but I think it's blocked permanently. I was planning to get emerald rank.
