Hey im a long long time player benn playing this server for at least (3 years already) but im not exactly sure if this is the right place to report this but I was playing with a friend and when I logged in a game of skywars I played I might've one a couple games at least but then somewhen called me out about being invisible I have no invisible skin or mods etc. to make me invisible but I didn't know the whole time I played with an invisible character but I did and I apologize to the people I killed without knowing im very sorry but I truly didn't know but im just asking if you don't ban me im not sure if it was a glitch or bug but I can assure you I had a "Star Wars" skin on (It was Luke Skywalker) but people didn't see the skin for some reason forgive me and please don't ban me for something I didn't know was happening. I apologize sincerely -Jonathan.
 
Don’t worry, we won’t ban you unless you’re actually using an invisible skin (or anything else against our rules / guidelines) but if you were completely invisible, it was most likely a MC glitch which we have no control over, you don’t either.

We make sure players have actual invisible skins rather than just the Mc glitch, before we decide to ban them. :)

Also I remember buying a gold rank a very long time ago but I never actually got the rank transferred do you think you can help me get the rank back or something and I was even charged with the purchase of the rank.

Do you have the order ID? Or any bits of proof you bought the item? The order ID would’ve been in the mail BrokenLens sent your whenever you bought the item. :)

I was very young at the time and didn't know what I was doing I might've put the incorrect username for the Brlns server.

No im very sorry but this was 3 years ago and was with my stepdad at the time my mom filed for divorce and we never saw him after that. But I do indeed remember the purchase and was very sad that I didn't get the rank. :\

Ah goodness, that’s very unfortunate and I hope your family is doing well - but there’s not much we could do without proof you bought one of our items, I’m sorry dear.

you could always join our discord server or wait around on the forums! We normally have some giveaways here and there, sometimes the players give way items as well. ^3^
