Being banned by a glitch

I was banned for no reason after a glitch that the server is broken with. This glitch can happen to anyone now when it finally happens to me I get banned permanently for no reason. Maybe instead of banning people for a hack they didn't do you should focus on fixing the glich that causes it.

Maybe instead of banning people for a hack they didn't do you should focus on fixing the glich that causes it.

if you’re talking about the creative glitch, there’s not much the staff can do about it when it’s a minecraft bug.
