Bear with me, but logic suggests this is Jump Boost hacking

I have seen the player ThrustBoss61 jump boost in front of my eyes. The evidence is here. I'll explain the evidence below.

1. He is not jumping: You guys will probably say "This guy just jumped normally". However, look at the position. This position suggests that he jumped high from somewhere but my screenshot captured this. The screenshot captured him landing. My screenshot capture is not instantaneous.

2. Another player have said "JUMP BOOST HACKER". It's ok if you don't believe me, I understand you need the evidence.

3. When you jump in the air normally, the legs are nowhere near like that.
