Yes, I know. But I'm going to assume you use the wrong your/you're like every other person in existence, so let's begin.
The correct your/you're: Hopefully you'll understand this rather easily. Your is to indicate ownership, e.g "Your dog." It's really simple. You're is a contraction of you and are. E.g "Please leave me alone, you're an idiot." Easy.
There/Their/They're: Oh, boy. Ok There is like "Over there." and generally means a place.
Their is ownership, "Their dog is eating butter tarts."
They're is a contraction of they and are. "They're feeding their dogs butter tarts."
