Barrier Glitch [JAVA]

So, I've encountered this glitch on numerous occasions, on multiple gamemodes. I would be running around, say in MM, and out of nowhere, BAM. A barrier block that no one else can be stopped by except me. I'm able to stand on top of it, yet everyone phases through it. My W/L ratio has suffered. Can there be any way to fix it?

Examples of MM maps: School N, the staircase has three barrier blocks blocking it off for me.
Japanese Villa, by the very back exit, there are two barrier blocks blocking my way out.

There are no any barrier blocks in School N since it's not an open map :) I think it's your connection, cause it happens to me too sometimes

i have really good internet. i can get a couple ss when i get home from school later.
