Banning bypasser rules

Hi , I was just wondering. If a player is muted and bypasses he is then temp banned . If he or she then bypasses the temp ban and it is reported but a moderator doesn't look at the report until after the ban time is up, shouldn't the player still be banned for bypassing ban?

I think it all depends on how long ago the ban was, if you don’t report the player right away then they don’t necessarily deserve the punishment.

This is all this week . I was curious because when I reported it as far as I know the player was still banned. (11:27 Monday) I reported that TrueEnderOwOr was bypassing mute. He was then temp banned. He was under acct with gamer tag _mks. Then the player was reported an hour later by darkneonlight12, now playing as Ender7w7. She was reporting him for bypassing mute , but he was actually bypassing ban . This was at 12:37 am Tuesday. So then I reported him for bypassing his ban at 7:32 on Tuesday (as Ender7w7), still within ban time for bypassing his mute ban . Next I reported him at 10:32 pm Tuesday playing as _SoyEnder (still within ban time) but Ssun didn't respond until 11:44 on Tuesday which was 17 minutes after his ban was up. I am just trying to find out of this was an oversight or what the rule is on this.

Yep he deserves a punishment then.

Wow that is a long story but if he was bypassing he should be perm banned thou
