It says I am banned and I have been permanently banned I am not sure If I used someone's user name that got banned the user name I put is Goblin_Guy and my friend told me to join this server and I have never played Minecraft pocket edition before.

Try other username. I believe that the username is for someone else. If you are still banned but different username, please create another thread and appeal your ban.
