What happened was my daughter went into options changed her name to match her skin. As soon as she changed it to this firegirl IGN it banned her. She doesn't even have the right password for that name. When they lifted the ban on my phone we set up a IGN and password for her to use. She is IGN piper flower now and forever thanks to everyone for all your help
