Banned?

Hi, I haven't been on the server for about two days and have just came back to it saying I've been temporarily banned (just over 4 hours left of ban). I am curious if this is a mistake or not because I know for certain I haven't broken any rules as I haven't been on in a few days.
If this issue can be solved or explained that would be great but if not its ok and I don't mind waiting out the 4 hours left. Thanks!
