Are staff members allowed to give "another chance" to permanently banned players, even though they never appealed on forums? @ssunsett

how could they get a second chance if they don't appeal? the staff ban lots of people, so i don't think they can remember that one specific person! :O

They can contact us on Twitter, insta, discord,...
If they really like BL and want a second chance, they will find a way to contact us. And it’s very important that we can talk to them, we wanna know if they learned their lesson and if they really regret what they have done.

If you’re still talking about the player I unbanned, I’m allowed to do whatever I want with my bans and they did appeal to me. It was privately done, it doesn’t have to be public.
