Well, since he wasn’t a hacker.. I permanently banned all his bypassing accounts and left his main for 7 days.

Bypassing (3) > perm ban
Staff impersonation (2) 3 day ban / 6 day mute
Teaming (once I think) 2 day ban.
Duplicating / glitch exploit (1) 7 day ban

Then we muted him the other day for kind of acting as a staff.
Muted (3) times > 6/6 - 12 + 2-3 days (can’t remember how long we muted him)
Bans (7) 3 perm bans - 4 temp bans / 15 days *not including the permanents*
