Banned-Ip For no reason

I Just got home from school and tried to join the server ... I tried to join multiple times but i cant still join...same as the froum too.... I tried to search this forum to report what happened to my acc .... but when i tried to change my ip address i can now join and search this forum .......So Am i banned-ip or no ?... I am the only one who uses my wifi ..... Pls fix this ... (The picture shows what is says when i joined the server)

If you were banned you wouldn't be able to even join the server, there's something wrong with your wifi that you need to look at.

I used vpn just to report this .... Because even i search this forum at my laptop i cant search it... Even my iPad still cant search this forum

No it doesn't. It means your Wi-Fi is messed up.
