Banned from using a Flaoting head skin

listen in my opinion, I was not absuing the skin at all, my friend and I were going to be floating Bee heads together, and play games because they looked cute. Their is no rule saying that you can't have a "small skin".

there’s multiple places which clearly state small skins aren’t allowed, we also have a rule book in game which says the same thing sooo.. you should definitely check those out more often.
