Banned for reach hack?

So i am banned again .-. for reach hack...I swear at the time i was banned i didnt even hit someone i was lagging so hard and everyone were killing me....They were on thier place and i just hit them they iddn't even took damage how did i do reach hack?I was lagging a lot @Plushtrap_123 ? how did i did reach hack?It was a lag spike.....

I press the down button while you were about to attack me. And plus, check 0:11, that's really 8-blocks reach.

yes,You pressed the down button , But , I am not saying that u didn't pressed the down button or u dind't moved u were on ur place because of lag! do u know how much lag the server is experiencing?I wasn't even looking at u i was hitting u from where u were,Yes,U did moved But for me U didn't...it was lag.....
