Banned for no reason

I love to play broken lens but I was disappointed when I was permanently banned. I don’t recall ever using hacks or cheats, and I barely use the chat. I went through alot of trouble to sign in so please regard this complaint. I’ve been falsely banned and this has happened to multiple people and the ban system could become an issue.
