Banned for no reason

Hello,

My little cousin has been banned for 5 days. The reasoning is exploited glitches. She doesn't even know any of the glitches. I believe the ban is a mistake. Her username is sulie1234. Please un-ban her.

Hi,

I had banned your cousin for exploiting a glitch. The glitch was hitting a player on their own team. The player that confirmed this was @Strelitzia and made a report about it in "Hack Reports".

I have lowered her ban now to 3 days but she will have to wait for the ban to expire, If she joins on a new username then I will have no choice but to ban your IP.
