Banned for no reason....

Why I got banned -
Ok so I was in the server and by doing to parkour in the lobby I randomly get disconnected or if I'm playing any of you're minigames just by jumping or crouching I get disconnected and get a warning. My phone freezes and gives me disconnected from server and I get warned. I think it's a glitch or your servers are very sensitive to what's happening in the server. I didn't hack and I don't even know how to. I was just trying to enjoy you're minigames. So with that said I hope I can get my account back.

Ok so I was unbanned I think and it wasn't logging me in. If you unban someone if there level and coins gone bc I checked stats and everything is on 0
