Banned for no reason

I joined tnt tag today like normal and it says I'm permanently banned for hacking when I have done nothing of the sort I don't know how to hack and I want the staff to please respond to think because this is unbelievable I have done nothing and I'm paying the price fir just being a normal person joining brokenlens @BrokenLens staff
