banned for mods?

So I was on sky wars and for some reason I combod a player and it said I got permanetly banned for mods. I play on mobile and I am a good pvper. People kept saying I have reach but thats the combos, when you combo someone u knock them like 3 blocks away. Please unban me, I was banned at 6:08 pm, May 28 2019. Also I am an emerald player, so if there is no way to get unbanned, i want my money back.
