So today my brother wanted to try toolbox in a server then he chose brokenlens, he didnt wanna get banned so he used my phone, he got kicked then banned, Apologies to everyone and i wont let my brother use my phone unless he asks me.

The name is enough to permanently ban in my opinion- I'm not sure I believe your story- you would do better to be honest- I have a hard time believing anyone would let their brother use their phone to play Minecraft for long enough that their brother could download toolbox and try it

You aren't understanding what I'm saying- you made this forums account (ZG64) and as your minecraft name on this forums account you put your name as sheetbutt (which is the name that was banned for hacking) therefore I believe you are sheetbutt and you are lying to me- now do you understand why I asked you to be honest?
