Banned for "Creative Hack" when using an item glitch.

Ok so I was playing TheBestBuilder and I found a glitch that lets you keep items. To do it, do this:
•Place down a chest
•Put items inside of it
•Wait for people to start voting for you
•Take the items out
•Done

Why does this justify being permanently banned? And how is it a "Creative Hack"? I found it by accident and it was simply just a glitch.

The admin who banned me was Laura.

Heres a screenshot:

All I did was find and use a simple glitch/flaw in the system.
That was all.

I was banned at roughly 05:30 PM 6th April 2017 UTC+00 (Dublin, London)

My IGN is xXxJGxXxJoelXxX

Please take into consideration the fact that it was only a glitch and either way, I was banned for something I technically didn't do because I never hacked I only glitched.

P.S: If you don't believe me, try the glitch yourself. Make sure you dont place items in places where the vote blocks will appear.

Yes, I banned you.

I didn't know you were using a glitch. You shouldn't glitch exploit because it could trick people like it tricked me, my cousin and brother.

I get that you're mad but how was I supposed to know?
