Banned for 5 days for no reason

I was on BrokenLens SkyWars servers when I battled a PvP Hacker, I accused of her hacks, of course she said I was lying and that the only reason I was accusing was because she killed me. Then when I gave up and was about to leave to the forums. As I was saying goodbye to all of my friends, I crashed. I went back on to see what had happened and a message appears saying that I have been banned for "4 days 23 hours and 59 minutes" I believe I was banned by the hacker because there weren't any staff members. And her username is "CatValentine17" I believe. And she's a level 170 and doesn't have a rank when I encountered her which was an hour before this message was posted. Thank you for your help and you have made a great server! I play almost everyday! I love it, Thank You!

We have noticed this is happening with many players and we are looking into it further. It is not you that has only been banned. Nothing is coming up on our end or in our console so please be patient while we investigate
