Banned by mistake?

I have been banned for 89 days due to an error code. Can someone fix this i dont no why but it happened on both my accounts.

None of my accounts were using mods but i did see kareenaHearts9 fly around the waiting lobby while i was in KxngGamer17 account and i saw diamond chestplate so i put it on and right after i got kicked
Btw some of the accounts are my cousins and one is my brother
I dont know/own these accounts : kareenahearts9 and Chainsawches5

I think if you use an item that isn’t available in the game that a hacker dropped, you can still get banned (correct me if I’m wrong)

My evidence shows you have put on a diamond chestplate and got kicked whick is evidence that you have used mods/hacked to get the chestplate!

Our anti-cheat system permanently bans anyone which gets diamond leggings or a chest-plate, since it’s impossible to get without hacks. :confused:

Have you ever used hacks of any sort? How’d you even get access to that account if it’s not yours? ('ε’)

I just saw the person i didnt use her account and kxnggamer17 is my second account. I found the chestplate dropped on the floor while walking around no hacks or creative mode

I know I've been banned for putting on the chestplate but what i am trying to explain is that i don't even know how to hack. I was just waiting in a lobby when i saw a person who was flying around. I continued to walk around and then i saw a chestplate just dropped on the ground so i picked it up and put it on. I did not use any hacks so i came here to explain and hopefully get back my account.
