BANNED BECAUSE OF THE WARNING GLITCH

Hi, I would like to forward the problem, again I am innocent and didn't harm nor disobey rules. Unban me please, thanks.

Time & Timezone
-11:54AM 03/30/2016 GMT+8:00
What server I was banned?
-OITC
How many warning points?
-Last time I checked it was 12 warnings, but I was banned because they said I have 30 warnings. Weird.

-First of all I am innocent and I am frustrated I got banned for nothing. Please, fix the ban system.
