Banido, não sei porque

Ola, eu estava numa partida de survivalgame, e do nado travo tudo, ai sai do servido do nado, e pareceu uma mensagem estava escrito que minha conta foi banida e pra eu esperar 6 dias 23 horas e 58 minuto, no entanto do jogo eu não estava usando hacker ou algo do tipo, então acho que fui banido por nada, eu apenas estava me divertindo como os outros jogadores. E mais uma coisa, as vezes tenho um problema quando vou entrar no servidor por causa do meu Nome, as vezes tenho que mudar, vocês pode me ajudar com isso???

This was on the map that looks like a space station and is mainly made out of stone bricks and glass.. I seen you was flying as I was in the middle of the map so I decided to tempban you. Normally we do a permanent ban for hackers but HELPER rank do not have that option.

Hello, I was not using a hacker or something, I was playing normal on the map, I was walking normal by the map, I think for you it seems like I was flying but it was not, that was a mistake of yours

This might have been an issue on my end, looking at the information from your ban. I have been looking through other reports and I have noticed that there is a glitch on that map with the glass which makes you fall through the glass and this does not remove the glass for others. I have decided to unban you since this might have been a human error.
